As an author, soul teacher, and spiritual guide, I grew up surrounded by metaphysical teachings. With this upbringing, I have always felt a strong sense of my connection with the Universe. 

Through further experiences, study, and discovery, my intuition and knowing strengthened. While prayer has always been present in my life, my deeper personal practices began with meditation in my twenties. This led me to gain a sense of peace, a deeper understanding of life, and a trust in my inner knowing. 

 My Today I Choose practice began in 2011. The practice is simple. I start each day with one sentence — Today I choose… — and then I end the sentence with whatever intention bubbles up from the Universe. This practice has led me to build and surround myself with a community of people centered around daily intention setting, inspiring me to publish two books. 

In 2013, I began studying and remembering the Divine Feminine. The Divine Feminine took me deeper into remembering myself and my power. Through it, I have strengthened my connection with energy and a knowledge that has been present my whole life. In addition, I have immersed myself in learning the world of energy healing. While I have used these practices all my life, it wasn’t until recently that I felt called and ready to share them with others…like you. 

 Whether through meditation, prayer, energy healing, or intuitive conversations, I love connecting with the Universe. 

 It is now my honor to support you in unlocking the magic of intentional living in your life. I do that through writing, meditation, prayer, energy work, spiritual guidance sessions, workshops, classes and more. You can learn more about my offerings here.
